Produsa, operated by Boit Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), runs the produsa.app platform and the Produsa iOS app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and/or phone number, and an encrypted password.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our platform, including projects created, features used, and build activity.

Payment Information: On the web, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. In the Produsa iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (In-App Purchase), and the resulting purchase and receipt data is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. The privacy policies of Razorpay, Apple, and RevenueCat apply to the payment data they process.

Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies for platform functionality and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Produsa platform and iOS app
• To process purchases and credit build tokens to your account
• To send transactional messages (account verification, password resets, purchase receipts)
• To improve our AI-powered website building services
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. AI-Generated Content

Produsa uses artificial intelligence to generate application code, designs, and prototypes based on your input. Your project descriptions and instructions are processed by AI models to deliver the service. We do not use your project data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Apple: Processes in-app purchases made in the Produsa iOS app
• RevenueCat: Validates in-app purchases and manages your build-token entitlements
• Razorpay: For payment processing on the web
• Cloudflare: For hosting and delivering deployed applications
• AI Providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI): For generating application code — project descriptions only, no personal data
• Google, Meta & Microsoft Clarity: For website analytics and advertising measurement (see section 8)

5. In-App Purchases (iOS)

The Produsa iOS app sells build tokens as consumable in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. When you buy tokens:

• Payment is processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment method.
• RevenueCat validates your purchase receipt with Apple and unlocks the corresponding tokens in your account.
• Tokens are consumable one-time purchases — not auto-renewing subscriptions. You are charged only when you choose to buy a token pack.
• Previous purchases can be restored from within the app. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

Apple’s handling of your data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy, and RevenueCat’s by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — from within the app, or by emailing us at admin@produsa.dev. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as transaction receipts) for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted password storage, and secure payment processing via Apple and Razorpay.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off.

We also use third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors find and use Produsa, and to measure the performance of our advertising:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads: Usage analytics and conversion measurement
• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Measures the performance of our Instagram and Facebook advertising, and allows us to show relevant ads to people who have visited Produsa
• Microsoft Clarity: Aggregated product analytics (clicks, scrolls, page views) to understand and improve how people use Produsa

These tools may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view on produsa.app. They do not receive your project content or the code Produsa generates for you. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, and control how Meta uses your data through your Meta Ad Preferences. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Export your project data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

10. Children’s Privacy

Produsa is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
